End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Sadeem Cloud ("Licensor") for the software module(s) provided under this license, including any associated documentation, media, and updates ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agreedisp to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely within your organization or as permitted in your subscription plan. This license does not include any right to sublicense, redistribute, resell, lease, loan, or otherwise make available the Software to third parties.

2. Restrictions

You may not: a. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Software. b. Sell, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party without prior written consent from Licensor. c. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Software. d. Use the Software in any manner that could damage, interfere with, or exploit the Software beyond the scope of this Agreement.

3. Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by Licensor. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You acknowledge that you are not acquiring ownership of the Software and that all intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Licensor.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

5. No Warranties

The Software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
